Garlic Butter Baked Chicken

Looking for a simple but delicious chicken dish? Try out this garlic butter chicken! With the savory goodness of fresh garlic butter encompassing your chicken, it will turn out juicy and tender every time!

INGREDIENTS
3 Chicken Breasts, cut in half
1 Cup Chicken Broth
1 Stick of Butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
Salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to taste

DIRECTIONS
•preheat over to 415
•Place chicken in cast iron skillet or rimmed pan/dish
•pour about a cup of chicken broth into the bottom of the pan
•Melt butter and add garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
•pour mixture over chicken
•bake until internal temp is 165F (cook time depends on size. Mine took about 35 minutes)
TO MAKE SAUCE:
•Use the delicious sauce in the bottom of the pan to pour over your chicken when plated. If your sauce is too thin, add it to a saucepan with a little flour and cook until thickened, stirring frequently.
